Responsibility

I DECLARE:
That the participant and / or representative, on the occasion of the activity (classes or excursions) that they will take with Naturacavall based in the Camí de sa cova vella in Manacor, expressly exempts the said company and employees from all responsibility for any damage, loss, accident, injury, etc. that the participant could suffer during the activity of riding, and during the period before and after the activity.

That the participant and / or representative assumes all the risks the training sessions at the stables entail and recognises clearly and expressly that when training with animals there is a high unpredictability factor.

That during all practices, the participant must wear the correct safety helmet. If the participant is not wearing a safety helmet and sustains an injury the company and employees will not be liable.

That the participant and /or representative, undertakes to have insurance, whether private or public, that covers any risk of accident during the training sessions. If the participant is not insured, the company and employees is exempt from any responsibility derived from any accident during the riding activity, and the moments before and after the activity.

Naturacavall is insured for injury caused by horses or facilities at the stables.

That with the signing of this document, the participant and / or representative they have read and accepted the terms and conditions of this liability disclaimer
